Hi there, I’m Dr. Samantha Rae!
As the founder of DSRD Consulting, my work is personal. Being diagnosed with autism later in life gave me a unique insight into the challenges that neurodivergent professionals face in the workplace and the opportunity to design better solutions for individuals and organizations. ​
With over 14 years of expertise in strategic operations, systems thinking, and leadership development, I’ve helped startups, Fortune 500 companies, and nonprofits optimize their operations while prioritizing well-being. Since 2021, DSRD Consulting has partnered with 120+ organizations, transforming workplace structures to enhance efficiency, reduce burnout, and improve accessibility.
