How Does the Intensive Session Work?

Schedule your Call

First, you schedule a session and complete our intake form. Our intake form helps us to understand what it is you need help with, what you've done already, and where you'd like to take your business.

Action Planning

We spend 60 minutes together working through your current operations to identify any gaps and areas for improvement. If you haven't started your business and want to outline and action plan to get started, we'll focus on that instead.

Optimization & Implementation

Once you have your action plan and recommendations, you're ready to implement everything we've talked through. You'll get a copy of our recording and an action plan document with your next steps.
