Over the course of 3 months, I will help you to declutter your mind, get organized, and get a plan on paper with weekly and monthly actionable tasks so that you can have a seamless consultancy that runs itself.

Streamline &  Automated Business processes

With over 10 years of experience specifically in the DEI space, and 6 years of being an entrepreneur in 2 different industries, Dr. Sam will streamline & automate your processes so that your business is running on its own giving you more time to do the things you love.

Six Bi-weekly Action Planning Calls

You'll receive 1:1 private coaching & support for 3 months. *We can schedule additional calls if needed

Accountability & Support

The calls are designed to set you up with a framework, and actionable tasks to keep you on track with accomplishing your goals.

The Process

Pre-Coaching

Once you apply for coaching, you'll receive a confirmation email with the next steps. First, you'll schedule a pre-coaching call (this is optional), and if we both feel like we're a good fit, you'll be invited to officially to start private coaching.

Call 4 & 5 - Process & Workflow 
Optimization

Gear up to end coaching. Recap what has/hasn’t been working and develop a long-term action plan after coaching has finished.

Call 1 - Kickoff Call (Process Outline)

You have a kickoff call to review your intake form (initial assessment) and craft out an action plan. We will get to know each other during our first call, and I will give a general overview of how I think I can help you. We’ll then craft out a very detailed plan of action to help you accomplish your goals over 3 months.

Call 6 - Offboarding

Offboarding and next steps to ensure you have all the tools you need to continue accomplishing your goals. You'll leave with all notes & recordings so that you know how to manage your new workflows and processes.

Calls 2 & 3 - Workflow & Automation Set up

We'll have a series of  calls to see what's been working and answer any questions about the action plan. We'll discuss what went well for you since our last session, what you are struggling with, and what we can do to help you overcome any hurdles.
